Altijd bang in nachtdiep water
\ndat is bang aan land.<\/p>\n

Dit is geen hol, eerder een leegte
\ngeen stootrand voor begrip, begeerte,<\/p>\n

noch een grot met ruwe wanden
\nwaarin op de tast.<\/p>\n

Zonder randen ligt het zonder
\nberm, horizon, houvast.<\/p>\n

Geen bodem waarop schaduw meevaart.
\nHelder het zwartst.<\/p>\n

Onttrekt zich in verte aan verte
\nonttrekt zich in vlakte.<\/p>\n

Water onder water
\nluistert niet. Likt niets los.<\/p>\n
